Personal Assistance Services (PAS)
Services are available to people that have difficulty or are unable to perform one or more activities of daily living which would cause harm to the client if left unassisted. Characteristics include the individuals who are age 65 or older; age 18-64 or an emancipated minor with mental, physical, or developmental disabilities that substantially impairs the ability to live independently or provide for their own self-care or protection; and who has been determined to be in a state of abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation.

Non-skilled, non-technical attendant care services are available to eligible adults who are functionally limited in performing activities of daily living. Services are provided by an attendant and do not require the supervision of a registered nurse.
Community Attendant Services
Medically related personal care services are available to eligible adults and children whose health problems cause them to be functionally limited in performing activities of daily living according to a practitioner's statement of medical need. Services are provided by an attendant.
